Delighted to have secured another office relocation and fit out project for Wartsila.
Our relationship with Wartsila goes back many years, having originally fitted out their 19,000sqft office in Lakeside North Harbour. Interesting that they are now relocating into Spinnaker House, Fareham which we also completely refurbished for the landlord Horatio Properties back in 2013.
We were subseqently employed to deliver tenant fit outs for another division of Wartsila and Mercator Media who occupied the entire 21,800sqft space.
Client for life are more than just words.
