We are delighted to secure a CAT A+ project at Charlotte Place, Southampton.
Kingsbridge with the help of Realest are carrying out a major transformation of Charlotte Place to create one of the premier office buildings in the town.
Our works to create three suites on the 5th floor will allow smaller occupiers to benefit from the facilities Charlotte Place provides.
We are also handing over another project this week at 2 Vine Street, Uxbridge for Kingsbridge.
