Following a success competitive tender bid Vibe are delighted to secure a significant office design and build fit out project for Wartsila who will shortly be relocating to 13,300 sq ft within Spinnaker House, Fareham.

Spinnaker House is a 21,800sqft property situated close to the town center that was completely refurbished by Vibe in 2014 during a £1m refurbishment program. Vibe also fitted out the remaining 8,000 sq ft for Mercator Media who moved into the property during the end of 2015.
