Vibe Business Interiors secure an 11,000 sq ft office refurbishment project within Tollbar House, Hedge End for existing Clients Horatio Properties.
The project that will start over the next couple of weeks and will include the complete refurbishment of a floor within the property including refurbishing all common areas and toilets ready for the property to be let to a suitable new tenant.
Vibe completed a similar project for the same Client during 2014 when it carried out the £1m refurbishment of Spinnaker House in Fareham which is now fully let to Wartsila and Mercator Media.
