5 months ago, we were delighted to have secured our first office refurbishment project for Chichester based Investment company Store Property Investments
The 8,716sqft project at Quay Point, Northarbour Road, Portsmouth consisted of a comprehensive 8-week refurbishment followed by a tenant fit out for Planet Cruise.
The project was a complete success and as a result Store Property Investments have today instructed us to carry out a further 8,900sq.ft. office refurbishment on the same estate.
