Following last week’s appointment by Alchemy Asset Management to carry out a full office refurbishment of Frederick House, Brighton, we are now also delighted to be appointed by tenant Rakuten Advertising to refurbish their 7206sqft space.
Rakuten is a $12 Billion a year global business providing Internet services, FinTech, and Mobile. The Internet Services segment manages e-commerce (EC), online cash-back, travel booking, and portal and digital content sites. The FinTech segment provides services over the internet related to banking and securities, credit cards, life insurance, and electronic money. The Mobile segment manages messaging and communication services and sale of mobile devices. The company was founded by Hiroshi Mikitani on February 7, 1997 with just 6 staff and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
Our project for Rakuten will involve the fit-out and reorganisation of their demise along with the supply of office furniture and electric height adjustable desking throughout.
As a design and build company we are very familiar with merging landlord and tenant projects to help reduce timelines and costs for both parties.
