What a fantastic end to another busy week, securing our second relocation project for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
Despite being well known for office design and build, fit-out and refurbishment projects many don’t appreciate that the Vibe Business Interiors team have also delivered many industrial fit-out projects ranging up to 48,000sqft. so when Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance selected Oceanic Estates Limited impressive Adanac Park for their new HQ we were very happy to help.
Situated just off the M271 near Southampton. Adanac Park is home to 17 brand new light industrial units ranging from 3,434sqft to 76,985sqft and office suites ranging from 5,489sqft to 32,937sqft.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance secured a 5,576sqft unit and our works will involve installing a 2,700sqft Mezzanine floor providing 5,400sqft of office accommodation. Merging both the landlord and tenant works has ensured both parties have benefitted from cost savings and a reduced project duration of just 8 weeks.
