We are delighted to have been instructed today by long term client Kingsbridge Estates in conjunction with Realest to fit-out a further two complete floors at Charlotte Place, Southampton.
This significant project will involve a full CAT A fit-out of floors 7 & 8 ( 7,018sq.ft ) which will include new air conditioning, ceilings, lights, decoration, carpets, and lift lobbies.
Also, this week our team started two new projects within Charlotte Place, the first, a 3,500 sq.ft design and build fit-out for top 100 UK law firm Hugh James and the second, a 2,500 sq.ft fully fitted, ready to go, flexible workspace with meeting rooms, agile areas, and open plan desking.
Kingsbridge Estates acquired 2 Charlotte Place in November 2019. The modern 9-storey building on the north side of Southampton city centre, comprises an 80,000 sq.ft multi-let office investment.
