The Vibe team are delighted to have been instructed by long term client Kingsbridge Estates to fit out a further two new suites at Charlotte Place, Southampton.
Kingsbridge Estates acquired 2 Charlotte Place in November 2019. The modern 9-storey building on the north side of Southampton city centre, comprises an 80,000 sq ft multi-let office investment.
Charlotte Place offers generous parking allocation at 1:850 sq ft, with space allocated at basement level with vehicle access from St. Mary’s Road and a pedestrian entrance in the central courtyard.
Kingsbridge Estates has invested in 2 Charlotte Place with an upgrade and extension to the reception area, and additional amenities to the building with a high specification.
The first suite of 3,500sq.ft suite has been let to top 100 UK law firm Hugh James, who provide a full range of legal services and have more than 60 years’ experience and 560 staff members. Our works will involve the complete fit out of their space including client meeting areas, agile workspace, breakout and open plan working space.
The second suite of 2,500sq.ft will be fitted out concurrently as a CAT A PLUS, ready to go, flexible workspace with meeting rooms, agile areas, and open plan desking.
The remaining space on the 5th floor was also recently fitted out by Vibe Business Interiors providing office and agile workspace for leading insurance-based wealth solutions provider Utmost Group and their 54 staff
