We were asked to pitch a design and build solution to transform this unoccupied 28,000sqft property in Winchester into flagship accommodation for future tenants and occupiers.
Our in-house design team wanted to create an impressive first impression which included a stunning agile working area and business lounge. The remaining floors were stripped back to a shell and core and then fitted with an all-new air conditioning and ventilation systems, superloos on every floor, new windows throughout, LED lighting, ceilings, flooring, security, decoration, and landscaping.
Our 18-week project was delivered on time and within budget to a happy client team.
