This morning Vibe handed over a significant office design and build fit out project for Wärtsilä within Spinnaker House.
Wärtsilä’s senior management team were delighted with the outcome and praised Vibe for its achievements over the past 7 weeks, they now look forward to their 60 strong team moving over to the 13,300sqft office and start enjoying their new corporate home.
We always enjoy the final stages of a project when everything comes together especially when we get the chance to watch our clients reaction of what we’ve created.
Spinnaker House is a 21,800sqft property situated close to Fareham town center that had been completely refurbished by Vibe for the landlord in 2014 during a £1m refurbishment program. Vibe also fitted out an 8,000 sq ft suite for Mercator Media who moved into the property during the end of 2015.
