Vibe have just secured a significant 15,000sqft office refurbishment project within Templars House, Chandlers Ford
Following the successful relocation of Taylor Wimpey Vibe were asked by their previous landlord to tender for the complete refurbishment of their old 15,000sqft space.
Following a competitive tendering process Vibe secured the design and build refurbishment and quickly set up site to start the works
2 weeks in and our team have already stripped out the entire space and are now ready to install new ceilings, LED lighting, a whole new mechanical system, overhauling the toilets, adding showers, installing carpets throughout and decoration.
Once complete the property will be marketed locally.
