We are delighted to secure an office design and build fit out project for Saltus Partners LLP who are taking office space within 3700 Parkway, Solent Business Park.
Saltus are an independently owned investment management and financial planning company. They currently manage and advise £800m of private client assets through discretionary portfolios and funds, either direct, or through intermediaries.
Their objective is to preserve and grow wealth for their clients over time, irrespective of investing conditions. Saltus do this through risk based, multi-asset class investing.
Saltus have a team of 50 with offices in London, Manchester, Chichester and Ringwood.
This will be Vibe’s 27th office fit out within Solent Business Park.
