Based in Chatham, Kent, the Group trades under the Kent Reliance, InterBay Commercial, Prestige Finance and Heritable Development Finance brands in the UK. It has a presence in the Channel Islands under the Jersey Home Loans and Guernsey Home Loans brands.
Due to the Groups continued growth they have taken the 8,000 Sq. Ft. first floor office suite within Forum 4, Solent Business Park
Having relocated their team into Forum 3 some 10 years ago we are delighted to be working with them again on what is a significant office design and build fit out project including furniture for their 130 staff.
The project will take Vibe just 5 weeks to complete and is the 38th significant Project delivered on the Park, others include new workplaces for Specsavers, Peach Technologies, Aztec Group, BMT, 8 Wealth Management and Matchtech.
