Vibe secure a new office fit out project for local property experts Hughes Ellard, relocating to The Quay, Ocean Village, Southampton.
Having previously fitted out Hughes Ellards Fareham head office we were delighted to be asked to create their new regional office. The project will involve creating meeting rooms and general open plan working areas for their existing Southampton based team.
Vibe are currently onsite refurbishing the 30,000sqft property for the landlord which once complete will be the highest quality office accommodation available within the Southampton area.
Our relationship with The Quay has gone back many years having previously refurbished parts of the property for PWC, followed by a two floor fit out for Faststream Recruitment and a floor for CBRE
